Everything about 365 Media Group totally explained

365 Media Group plc was an AIM-listed media and gaming group, with a head office in Leeds, England and satellite offices in London, Liverpool, Cape Town and Fort Lauderdale. Until October 2006, the company was known as ukbetting plc. In January 2007, the company was taken over by British Sky Broadcasting. The company operated the UK's leading network of sports news and content sites, including TEAMtalk, Football365, sportinglife.com, Sportal and Oddschecker, attracting nine million users per month.
In addition, its online gambling and gaming brands included ukbetting.com, totalbet.com, Goldbet and Club on the Park (formerly the Ritz Club London Online). In June 2007, the totalbet and ukbetting brands were absorbed into Sky Bet, Sky's own betting brand.
The company employed over 300 people and was chaired by Peter Dubens, who is also Executive Chairman of Pipex.
On 15 December 2006, the company accepted a recommended cash offer from British Sky Broadcasting, subject to shareholder acceptance and Competition Commission approval. This was completed in January 2007.
The sportinglife.com brand is lead sponsor of the international rallying team led by Tony Jardine.
